About Paul T. Manney
Manney earned a Pre-Med degree at Houghton College in New York. He worked in a hospital lab for two years before PA school. He graduated from the George Washington University PA program in 1994 with a joint PA and MPH degree.
He came to California to complete Public Health Service scholarship repayment service in Calexico. He is fully bilingual in Spanish, so he could educate the American community and migrant farm workers in Calexico. His experience as a physician assistant includes family medicine, emergency medicine, correctional facilities, veterans hospitals and orthopedic medicine, plus a short time in tropical medicine in the Amazon.
He assisted orthopedic surgeons in the operating room for numerous years. He moved to Palm Desert in 2004 after joining the Orthopedic Institute in Palm Springs. Manney joined Will Family Medicine in June 2013.
He enjoys reading, hiking and the outdoors.
