About Dr. Nicoll

Dr. Nicoll is a psychiatrist and partner at The Grove Psychiatry. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in general psychiatry and in child and adolescent psychiatry. His undergraduate studies were at Mesa Community College and Arizona State University.

He was accepted to medical school at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix. He began residency training in general psychiatry at Creighton University School of Medicine and Valleywise Health Medical Center. He entered a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry.

He also completed a fellowship with the Integrated Psychiatry Institute. He serves as medical director for Anasazi Foundation, a wilderness therapy program. In 2009 he started Love, your Friend, a non-profit that provides social opportunities to people with physical, intellectual or developmental differences.

He is fluent in Spanish. He cares about helping people of all ages and backgrounds with mental health challenges. He tailors treatment to each patient's situation and offers options that match their values.

The Grove Psychiatry does not accept insurance and is an out-of-network provider. A superbill can be provided on request. He enjoys reading, running and backpacking.
