About Valere Ziske

Valere Ziske earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing in 2003 and a Master of Science in Nursing with a family nurse practitioner focus from Grand Canyon University. She completed a progressive care residency at Bryan LGH Medical Center West in Lincoln, Nebraska, and holds Certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentials. She spent eight years in neuro and trauma intensive care at Barrow Neurological Institute and St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center.

She is an integrative nurse practitioner at LifeScape Premier in Scottsdale, Arizona, and her listed areas of care include pediatric and adolescent wellness, routine developmental checks, and proactive childhood health. She grew up in South Dakota. She has written for LifeScape Premier about the benefits of regular exercise, sharing that she builds physical activity into her own family's daily life.
