Sereno Medicine keeps a deliberately small panel so visits are unhurried. First visits take 60 to 90 minutes, with a full history review and physical exam. Members can get same- and next-day appointments and reach Dr. Lopez directly by phone, text and email.

He is available 24/7 at least 95% of the year. For members in the hospital, Dr. Lopez serves as attending physician at Methodist Hospitals and coordinates every specialist referral. Care includes annual exams, acute care, medication management, in-office procedures and chronic disease management.

Membership and fees

Membership at Sereno Medicine is $125 a month, billed monthly, with a six-month initial term and then month-to-month.

The practice has no enrollment fees and no cancellation penalties after the initial term.

A family add-on is $50 a month per child, ages 17 through 25, for children of a full-rate member.
