Dr. Rick Ramos Dominguez, MD

About Dr. Dominguez

Dr. Ramos Dominguez earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio. He earned a Master of Public Health from UT Health Houston School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He completed a residency in Family Medicine.

He served in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. In that role, he cared for Marine Corps personnel and ran point-of-injury medical training for unit personnel. After residency, he returned to Active Duty and served in various medical, leadership and advisory roles.

While on Active Duty, he held joint executive medical oversight of two NATO forward operating bases. Dr. Ramos Dominguez is the founder and a physician at People-Centered Health, which operates as a membership practice.
