About Dr. Harding

Dr. Harding went to medical school at Wright State University. Dr. Harding is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Dr. Harding's residency in family medicine was at the University of Utah. Dr. Harding practiced family medicine for over a decade, in both metropolitan and rural settings, before changing focus to functional medicine.

Dr. Harding holds the Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner credential. Dr. Harding was one of the first physicians certified in functional medicine in the Cincinnati area. Dr. Harding's consultations use an integrated body systems approach to look for the underlying causes of chronic disease and symptoms that are hard to treat.

The practice works with digestive issues, thyroid issues, and perimenopause and menopause. Dr. Harding uses longer appointments to get to know patients. Outside of work, Dr. Harding enjoys hiking, camping, reading fiction and listening to health podcasts.

A 75-minute re-establish visit is $500, and health coaching is $85 for one session or $325 for a package of four.
