About Dr. Schroeder
Dr. Schroeder studied electrical engineering and computer science at MIT, earning a bachelor's degree in 2004 and a Master of Engineering in 2005. She earned her medical degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 2009. She completed a pediatrics residency in 2012 and an allergy and immunology fellowship in 2014, both at the University of Virginia.
She is board certified in allergy and immunology for adults and children, and in pediatrics. From 2014 to 2017 she worked at Allergy Associates of La Crosse. In those years she treated nearly 1,000 patients from all over the country with sublingual immunotherapy. She has a special interest in immune-modifying allergy treatments, especially sublingual immunotherapy.
She opened Allergenuity Health in 2018 and is its co-founder. Allergenuity Health is a direct care allergy clinic for environmental and food allergies. Dr. Schroeder believes good healthcare rests on a strong patient-physician relationship, an integrative approach and personalized care.
Outside work she enjoys cooking, swimming, traveling, community programs, and singing and playing the ukulele.
