About Dr. Greenky

Dr. Greenky is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon. His work covers fracture care, sports injuries, total joint replacement and adult reconstruction. He commonly performs hip replacement with the Direct Superior Approach.

He has experience in total and partial knee replacement and has been a surgeon designer for some popular implants. Dr. Greenky earned his medical degree from Upstate Medical University in 1984. He completed his orthopedic residency there and then a fellowship in reconstruction at New England Baptist Hospital.

He performs surgeries at Crouse Health, St. Joseph's Health, and the Specialists' One-Day Surgery center. He has served as an associate professor in orthopedics at Upstate Medical University and has co-directed the Joint Replacement Program at St. Joseph's Health Hospital in Syracuse. He is the co-executive director and founder of Operation Walk New York.
