About Dr. Starbuck

He graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2008. His MD came from Saba University School of Medicine in 2012. In 2015 he finished his internal medicine internship and residency in Portland, Maine at Tufts University/Maine Medical Center.
