About Dr. Moultrie

Dr. Moultrie is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (2016). He is the founder of Moultrie Medical Personalized Care, a membership-based concierge practice. The practice offers extended visits, same or next-day appointments, and 24/7 direct communication with him by text, phone or email.

It has a special focus on the applied science of longevity, health optimization and prevention of chronic disease. He blends evidence-based principles from traditional and integrative medicine to build a personalized health plan for each patient. His special interests include broad spectrum family medicine, sports medicine, travel health and ultrasound in primary care.

He studied at the University of Alabama, earned his medical degree at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 2013, and finished a family medicine internship in 2014 and residency in 2016 at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. He remains part of the Piedmont clinically integrated network. Outside work he enjoys church league softball, coaching his kids' sports teams, camping, hiking and Atlanta's food scene.
