About Dr. Reznick

Steven E. Reznick, MD, FACP, practices concierge internal medicine in Boca Raton, Florida. He graduated cum laude from Brooklyn College, part of the City University of New York system, then earned his medical degree, summa cum laude, from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 1976. He completed his internship and residency through the University of Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital training program. Dr. Reznick's board certification covers general internal medicine, with an added qualification in geriatrics. He has been practicing medicine in Boca Raton since 1979.

In 2004, he was named a Clinical Assistant Professor of Biomedical Science. This appointment was through the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine's FAU-based program, now the FAU Schmidt College of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. His practice offers direct phone access around the clock, same-day or next-day appointments, longer office visits when medically necessary, and a limited patient panel about one-fifth the size of a typical primary care practice, along with a remote patient monitoring program for eligible patients.
