Dr. Aziz-Siddiqui co-founded Palm Beach Concierge Medicine and is its Chief Medical Officer. She is a board-certified internal medicine physician. She worked in physician leadership across South Florida for more than fifteen years before founding the practice. She oversaw internal medicine teams and set clinical standards at multiple facilities.

The practice runs a concierge membership model and intentionally limits its patient panel. Members can reach her by phone, by text or by email during the day. After-hours access is reserved for urgent clinical concerns. She cares for adult patients and provides comprehensive evidence-based adult internal medicine.

She offers executive physicals, extended health evaluations for executives and professionals. Her ongoing care covers hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders and lipid conditions along with other chronic concerns. She also provides same-day sick visits, risk-based screening and preventive planning and physician-guided wellness planning.
