About Dr. Cohen

Dr. Cohen is a dermatologist and practice director of AboutSkin Dermatology and DermSurgery. He is board certified in dermatology. He is also Director of AboutSkin Dermatology and Aesthetics and of AboutSkin Research in metropolitan Denver.

He earned his medical education at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, did a surgery internship at Henry Ford Health System and completed his dermatology residency there. He completed a dermatology fellowship at the University of British Columbia. He is an Associate Professor of Dermatology on the teaching faculty of the University of California Irvine, where he was voted Faculty Teacher of the Year.

He has been involved with resident teaching for two decades. He has led global task forces on lasers, energy-based devices and injectable aesthetic treatments, and he has served on the NewBeauty Magazine Medical Board.
