Dr. Julie Navarro, MD

About Dr. Navarro

Dr. Navarro earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology at UCLA. She earned her medical degree and a Master of Medical Sciences at Western University of Health Sciences. She completed residency at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center.

She worked at Kaiser Permanente, practicing full spectrum care. She provides patient-centered care at My Prime Care Direct Primary Care. The practice runs a direct primary care membership with unlimited doctor visits.

Her clinical interests include community medicine, diabetes management and women's health. She also focuses on osteopathic manipulative medicine. She enjoys caring for children, their parents and grandparents.

She believes that when patients are informed, they are empowered. She is committed to health education and advocates for culturally sensitive care. Her goal is to help patients and their families have a good quality of life.
