Dr. Chang is Medical Director at Hanabusa IVF. He is a pioneer in minimal stimulation (Mini IVF) and natural-cycle approaches in the United States. He helped expand the use of Japanese-origin mild stimulation protocols in the United States.

He earned his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in 1991 and finished his residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in 1995. Earlier in his career he was Founding Partner of ELJ OB/GYN in New York and a Senior Medical Associate Physician at New Hope Fertility Center, New York. His clinical focus is complex fertility cases, including high FSH, diminished ovarian reserve, premature ovarian insufficiency and advanced maternal age.

He combines evidence-based care with a holistic, patient-centered philosophy.
