About Dr. Mehr

Dr. Mehr began her career as a public school teacher in New York City before medicine. She earned her medical degree at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and completed her OB/GYN residency at New York University Medical Center. She then finished a fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at Lahey Clinic in Boston and a second fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at UCLA.

Her teacher's training led her to develop a more transparent, patient-centered approach to care. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and an active member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
