About Dr. Kubica
Dr. Kubica graduated from California State University Sacramento in 1982 with a B.S. in the Social Sciences, after attending CSU Northridge on a music scholarship in voice. She graduated from St. George's Medical School in Grenada in December 1988, with clinical training in England and New York. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Hartford Hospital from 1989 to 1992.
She began work as a Staff Internist at Summit Medical Center in Oakland, California in 1993. She helped found one of California's first Hospitalist practices, On Call-Physicians Medical Group. She was its CEO from 1995 to 2001, when it grew from 5 to 30 physicians.
In 2002 she helped develop the Hospitalist program at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula. She started a traditional outpatient medical practice in 2003. In 2007 she began her current retainer and concierge practice.
