Dr. Casian is board certified in internal medicine and lifestyle medicine. In 2008 she finished an Internal Medicine residency at Dearborn Hospital. She founded Choose Healthy as an approach to wellness that she says addresses the deficiencies burdening the healthcare system.
She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. Her concierge model gives longer visits with the doctor, one flat monthly membership rate and no surprise visit costs. Her advanced experience covers chronic care, weight and diabetes management, metabolic syndrome and geriatric medicine.
She also has advanced experience with hepatitis C treatment, liver cirrhosis and medication-based treatment of opioid and alcohol addiction. Her practice, Choose Healthy, was set to open on July 5, 2025. Outside work she enjoys reading, yoga, pilates, meditation and running.
Patient care should once again become the main priority of the healthcare system, and I intend to provide that with Choose Healthy

Individual membership for adults 18 and up is $250 per month, and the concierge plus menopause and hormone therapy plan is $300 per month.
