About Dr. Marsh

Dr. Marsh is a board-certified family medicine physician with a CAQ in Geriatric Medicine. She completed a family medicine residency at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2013 and a geriatrics fellowship at Duke in 2014. Geriatrics has been a long-standing interest, and she enjoys caring for the full scope of family medicine patients.

She spent 15 years in insurance-based healthcare settings, including 6 years at UAB. In 2025 she founded Firefly Family Medicine. The practice is direct primary care, and members can reach Dr. Marsh by text, phone, video and email.

She also provides office-based procedures such as skin biopsies, joint injections and IUD placement.

Membership and fees

Firefly Family Medicine offers a direct primary care membership with no long-term contracts. Monthly membership is $120 for adults, $95 for the spouse or partner of an enrolled adult, $90 for ages 19 to 26 and $94 for ages 94 and older.

For children 0 to 18, it is $35 a month with an enrolled adult and $75 a month without an enrolled family member. There is a one-time $50 enrollment fee per person.

Membership includes free point-of-care strep, Covid, flu and UTI tests as indicated, a routine annual exam and discounted lab pricing. In-home visits are optional at $100 per visit.
