Carol Osborn, MD

"Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Osborn specializes in managing and coordinating health care and wellness issues for all ages.  A graduate of Brown University, she received her MD from the University of Cincinnati Medical School and was an associate professor of clinical medicine at the University of Utah Medical School. She had an active practice in both pediatric and adult medicine as well as teaching residents and conducting clinical research.

In 2005, Dr. Osborn left the University to focus on developing an ideal primary care practice for patients interested in comprehensive, preventative care and Evolutionary Healthcare was born. In September 2007, Utah Business Magazine recognized her efforts for developing an innovative primary care practice."
