"Dr. Shabnam is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician practicing traditional, anti-aging and Bariatric medicine in the DFW metroplex for more than 14 years. She strongly believes in a comprehensive approach to treating simple as well as complicated illnesses and works closely with specialists and physicians from other disciplines to provide individualized treatment to each of her patients. She has special interest in helping her patients reach and maintain ideal body weight, restore and optimize hormonal levels that decline with aging, prevent Cardiovascular diseases and stay healthy, feel happy and look young and beautiful at any age.
Dr. Shabnam graduated in 1996 from Dow University of Health Sciences Karachi with honors. She completed her Family Medicine training at the prestigious The Brooklyn Hospital Center affiliate Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City where she served as the Chief Resident. After residency she moved to the DFW area and has been working in private practice since 2005.
