Crystal Ward, AGPCNP

"Crystal Ward is our board certified, adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner.  She lives in Dallas with her husband and two young sons. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2014, Crystal spent 8 years working as a registered nurse in a critical care setting. It was during these formative years of her career that she was exposed to the devastating effects of poor lifestyle habits and neglect can have on someone’s health. From these experiences, it became evident how vital it is to care for your body as a whole, including your mental, physical, spiritual, and sexual wellness.

Since joining the DV360 team in the summer of 2018, Crystal has developed our Nutritional IV Therapy Program, along with our Aesthetics Program. We are very excited to have a female practitioner on our staff and to offer additional services, including pellets for bioidentical hormone therapy, to care for our patient’s health.  Crystal thoughtfully cares for each of our patients in a down to earth manner, utilizing a holistic approach.  Working directly with Dr. Bulger and our entire staff, you will receive a collaborative approach that offers many years of experience and a very caring and involved style to medicine.

Interests: Exploring Dallas with my boys and watching them becoming little Texans, getting away from the kids for a date night,  working out for stress relief, and listening to podcasts, and unfortunately all things reality television."
