He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his post-graduate internship training at Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center. He completed general surgery training at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, California. Dr. Lantz completed his otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency at The Ohio State University, and became board certified in 1980."
