"Ashley, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, is a native of the Lowcountry. She works closely with Dr. Baggett to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to patients throughout their lifespan.
She originally attended Western Carolina University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. Ashley then pursued her interest in nursing where she graduated from University of South Carolina, Beaufort with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While working in the Emergency Department as a nurse, she realized a shortage of health care providers existed and therefore wanted to participate in closing this gap.
She completed her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from South University while working in a dermatology office.
Her training and experience in Family Practice, Women’s Care, Dermatology, and Emergency Care has provided her with an extensive range of medical knowledge, making her such an asset to Summerville Primary Care.
Ashley is licensed by the SC Board of Nursing.
Ashley lives with her husband, two children, and their family pets. She enjoys the outdoors, exercising, watching baseball, and caring for those around her."
