Dr. Hin was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated with honors at Rutgers University and went on to obtain his medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Hin completed his internship at Delaware County Memorial Hospital and subsequently relocated to south Florida where he served as chief resident for the LECOM Dermatology Residency in Hialeah, Florida.
During his career, Dr. Hin has served on the board of the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery (FSDDS) as the chairman of the resident committee.
