"Jeffrey Floyd, MD graduated B.S. in Computer Science and Biochemistry from Oklahoma Christian University Doctor of Medicine from West Virginia University School of Medicine.

Prior to joining Crossway Medical Clinic, Dr. Floyd practiced as a Staff Physician with Edmond Memorial Clinic, and with Sparks Medical Foundation in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He also served as Chief Resident at the Family Medicine Residency Area Health Education Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas."
