SALTA Direct Primary Care has an onsite location for United Wholesale Mortgage Team members. We also have other locations in Clarkston, Troy and Auburn Hills opening March of 2021. Each provider has a limited patient population decreased from 2400 to 800, allowing for enhanced access and communication to your provider 24/7. Engage in our care team either in-office or at home using virtual technology with Beaumont MyChart. Most importantly, our team of providers work directly for you.
