She was named “Most Outstanding Graduate” when she graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University. She obtained her graduate degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School with a 4.0 GPA and awards in internal medicine and dermatology. In order to pursue the latest techniques emerging from the field, Dr. Dickerson completed a year of internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and then a dermatology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Dickerson provides her patients with the education and experience needed to administer the best medical care. She currently resides in Baton Rouge with her husband Dr. Ryan Dickerson and three children."
