My name is Abbi Sorrells. I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I have been working with a chronically-ill population for the last decade. I have spent the majority of my career in emergency medicine and critical care. I have witnessed the failure of the health care system and the affects it has on the patient population.

I have been a Central Illinois resident my entire life. This is a community I know and love. It is my true passion helping people live their healthiest lives.

We opened our office in July 2021 and recently expanded our office, which allowed us to offer more services. We chose to offer Direct Primary Care to give access to quality and affordable health care for all. We also offer Functional Medicine services, thyroid management, hormone therapy and management, and weight loss services.
Our primary goal is to empower patients to live their healthiest lives.
