She was very thorough
Dr. Kaufman thoroughly examined my medical background and previous visits, and she attentively inquired about any updates. She was very thorough, and it was obvious that she cared deeply about giving the best assistance and guidance. She was also prompt in her responses to follow-up emails. I have complete and utter faith in her.
