"Board-certified dermatologist Todd Perkins, MD, practices medical and procedural dermatology with a particular interest in surgical and cosmetic dermatology, as well as immunotherapy for skin disease. In addition to having a strong focus on skin cancer and new therapies for skin diseases, including psoriasis, eczema, and acne, Dr. Perkins performs advanced cosmetic dermatology procedures such as Botox®, fillers, laser rejuvenation, body and facial contouring, wrinkle-reducing treatments, and blood vessel and vein treatments. He is especially skilled in acne scar treatments using microneedling, TCA Cross, subcision, radiofrequency, and Fraxel® laser treatment. He also specializes in hair loss for women and men, offering platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and new medical therapies.
Dr. Perkins is a native Washingtonian. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in political economy from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and obtained his medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia with honors, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his residency at Rush Medical Center in Chicago and served as the Chief Resident in dermatology."
