Sana Vita Health is a former DPC clinic that has transitioned from primary care to a specialty clinic focusing on integrative, functional, nutritional, and lifestyle medicine. We are no longer accepting assignments as a patient's legal primary care provider. Patients are required to have an outside primary care provider. Referrals are not required. In order to spend enough time with patients and practice the kind of proactive medicine we think is important, we do not take insurance.
