I never felt like I was heard. She didn’t seem as if she cared what my issues were, never talked to me about my medical history, and I left with the feeling she didn’t care to help me at all. I knew the appointment was over when she rudely asked “well, what were you wanting from this appointment?” I wanted a physician to care and treat me like a person instead of blowing off and minimizing what I am feeling. The office staff and MA I encountered were absolutely lovely; I was early for my appointment, and I was seen early which was fantastic. I just wish the physician cared about me as a patient, as a person, a little more. It shouldn’t be this hard to find a physician that cares and wants to help. I left the office in tears.
