Dr. Howard is a top-notch surgeon. He always does an excellent job injecting me with steroids. My rotator cuff surgery was also performed by him, and my shoulder is doing great! He has excellent bedside manner and is by far the best physician. He always smiles and makes you feel comfortable.

Dr. Howard is the best! He never rushes and always takes his time to answer my questions. I couldn't be happier with the outcome after he successfully treated my frozen shoulder. Dr. Howard is someone I'd highly recommend!
