"Most Americans don’t realize what we really have for medical insurance is catastrophic insurance. On average, we pay $100 to $400 per paycheck for our insurance premiums, and then still have to pay a deductible of $500 to $5,000 before insurance really kicks in. Now we are also having to pay 10%-30% of what they call co-Insurance. This means we are responsible for paying 10%-30% of the overall office visit bill even after the deductible is paid. Back to where patients have access to myself and my staff and not a call center. Back to where my patients know me and I know them. Back to were going to the doctor did not mean taking out a loan.
