If you are a patient with a complex neuro-ophthalmic or orbital issue, the office is currently impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be patient with the office staff. If you want to schedule an appointment or have an administrative concern please contact the office (209- 952-3700) and ask for Sonia, my front office coordinator. Please provide your records, labs and imaging (including the CD) to the office in advance of your appointment to help facilitate your evaluation.
I was raised in San Mateo, California and earned an undergraduate degree in Biology at UC San Diego, Revelle College. On acceptance to George Washington Medical School in Washington DC, I was awarded a health professional scholarship from the US ARMY.
My time in the military taught me to honor and respect my patients and their families and also to understand the larger role physicians can play in a community. I remain very committed (through my foundation Let’s Face It Together) to helping the underinsured and their families rebuild their lives – face first."
