Vahid Feiz, MD

"Dr. Feiz is a cornea specialist who has been in  practice over a decade.  He is a board-certified, fellowship trained ophthalmologist.  He began his education at Iowa State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry in 1986. He attended Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO.  In 1995, he began his Ophthalmology residency at Boston  University School of Medicine and completed it in 1999.

After completing his Cornea and Refractive Surgery fellowship at UC Davis in Sacramento, CA and becoming a cornea specialist, he accepted a position as the Director of Laser and Refractive Surgery.  There he trained numerous residents and fellows teaching refractive surgery, cataract surgery, and many other eye-related diseases.  He gained superior surgical skill, which has earned him a reputation of always willing to help the residents become great surgeons.

Dr. Feiz is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has been a board examiner in San Francisco for 3 consecutive years."
