"Dr. Kim attended college at the University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated with honors, with a degree in economics. He then moved to New York to attend the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He came back to California to finish his training at the UCLA / West Los Angeles VA Medical Center. Here, he was asked to assume a teaching role as Chief Medical Resident. Thereafter, he joined a group practice in Burbank and a few years later chartered a new office in Van Nuys. In 2003, he was given the opportunity to establish a private practice in Pasadena.
Dr. Kim's special area of interest is wellness, which includes, nutrition, weight management and physical fitness. He serves as a nutrition and weight management consultant for many of the physicians and specialists in Pasadena. He also has the distinction of being a Certified Physician Nutrition Specialist, a title shared only by 300 other physicians in the United States."
