She received her medical degree and completed residency in the greater Los Angeles area prior to settling in Sausalito. She believes in the natural healing capacity of the body and incorporates holistic modalities such as 'food as medicine' care and Ayurvedic medicine in addition to a traditional western medicine approach. She is dedicated to providing patients with wellness options that improve connectedness and community, resulting in better quality of life. When she's not seeing a patient for a housecall or in the Sausalito office, she can be found in the Artís teaching kitchen using her creative/culinary right brain, dancing on a spin bike at SoulCycle or outside doing some sunny yoga. She values her relationships with her family and friends (and her patients!) and believes that this authentic commitment to connectedness is what every individual needs to thrive."
