"Dr. Jay Ferns received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from SanDiego State University and his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He completed his residency in family practice at the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. Dr. Ferns is Board Certified from the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
