Brittani Hicks, FNP, MSN

"Our CEO and Founder started her healthcare career as a unit clerk when first enrolling in nursing school.  A wife and mother of three, there were many challenges during her nursing school journey. However, with perseverance she completed her Nursing degree. Brittani later went on to complete her Master’s degree in Nursing Science in addition to her Doctorate.

Brittani has over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings including – Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Emergency Room, Physical Rehabilitation, Medical/Surgical, Stroke Unit, and Perioperative Services. She has held positions at many levels.

Brittani has extensive training in gynecology, pain management, emergency medicine, plastic surgery, orthopedics, urology, and general surgical procedures.

Brittani is a member of the AANP and Black Nurses Rock. In addition, she is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) , Pediatric Advanced Life Support —, Neonatal Resuscitation Certified—-, and fetal monitoring—. American Heart Association (AHA). This vast experience has helped Brittani to be able to understand what it takes to provide the best of care to every client.

After having an outpatient surgery procedure and needing some additional care in the transition period of her recovery, Brittani realized that there was a real need for concierge medical services."

"Over the years, she watched many patients get discharged with no one to care for them, feeling uncertain about what to do when they get home. A nurse visit to assist clients with following their discharge instructions, or just checking in for support, can decrease unnecessary stress, anxiety, and visits to the emergency room visits due to uncertainties.
