"Rod received his B.S. degree as a Physician Associate in 1981 from the University of

Oklahoma, while serving in the U.S.A.F. He has been a member of NCCPA since 1981.

While spending 2 years overseas in Japan, he cared for the medical needs of 3500 active duty personnel and their dependents. Upon returning to Arizona, he worked at Maricopa County E.R., Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, Cigna, and Scottsdale Healthcare.

As a physician assistant in Dermatology, he enjoyed the opportunity of practicing general dermatology for over 20 years in association with two past medical school dermatology professors. He has developed a keen awareness and passion for understanding and treating all skin conditions as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Rod has lived in Payson for the past 25 years and has raised 5 children in the area. He and his wife enjoy gardening and thrift store shopping"
