I’m a father of three girls, a man of faith, and a clinician who believes medicine should help people live fully—not just manage symptoms.
I’ve spent the last 13 years in medicine serving patients across critical care, emergency medicine, family medicine, and functional medicine. That range shaped how I practice today: calm under pressure, thorough in evaluation, and relentlessly focused on getting to the root of what’s actually driving someone’s health concerns.
I’m drawn to complexity—the patients who know something is “off” but haven’t been able to connect the dots. My approach blends evidence-based medicine with advanced diagnostics and lifestyle optimization to create clear, personalized plans that improve performance, longevity, and quality of life.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: help people feel better, function better, and live with intention—at home, at work, and with the people who matter most.
