Sarah Derubeis, FNP-C

"Sarah was born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Arizona in 2007. She completed her bachelors of nursing degree at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, and her Master’s of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Grand Canyon University in 2010. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practioners.

Sarah is experienced in family medicine, sports medicine, and hormone replacement therapy. She also is proficient in providing Botox, facial filler, and other injectables to keep you feeling and looking your best. She is passionate about helping her patients to optimize their health and youthful vitality by implementing the best of family practice along with disease prevention and overall improvement in quality of life. In her spare time Sarah enjoys hiking, yoga, traveling and spending quality time with her two daughters and cat."
