She stays clear of medical jargon. She certainly demonstrates empathy. She is not the doctor for you if you want someone who will keep you at a distance.

Dr. Delaney is approachable and usually cheerful, but she puts extra effort into providing clinical care. Even though her choices may not be what I would prefer, she takes great care to act in my best interests.
