My experience was pleasant.
I had to wait a little bit during my appointment because of an emergency that Dr. Bates was attending to. Nevertheless, the nurses were apologetic and explained things to me. They frequently checked on me. Overall, my experience was pleasant. I'll recommend Dr. Bates.
