I have never had a better doctor than Dr. Prelipcean.

I have never had a better doctor than Dr. Prelipcean. He is now the doctor for four members of my family whom I have referred to him. They all believe he is fantastic! The staff is outstanding; they give me the impression that I have known them my entire life.
