He's very understanding and listens well to my concerns. He took time to diagnose, explain, and answer my questions. I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my ability to receive expert medical care.

He provides follow-up as needed
He provides follow-up as needed. That's a great service for me who has been juggling jobs and might forget follow-ups. He also takes time to answer my questions and explains the treatment before going through it.
