Compassionate!
Compassionate! That's the best adjective I can describe Ms. Holly. I think that it is very important to keep that attitude in the middle covid chaos.

She always goes the extra mile to support a patient. I appreciate her so much for doing such a good job and being so patient. She always smiles and that helps a lot when going through treatments.
