"Dr. Peterson has been practicing Family Medicine and Regenerative Medicine for 18 years. Prior to becoming a physician he was a Deputy Sheriff in Southern California. He has 2 daughters, enjoys most outdoor activities and is frequently seen on a local river trying to catch “The Big One”.
Dr. Peterson attended the University of California Irvine where he studied chemistry. He then attended Loma Linda University Medical School. After graduation he completed residency with Kaiser Permanente in Southern California. He was awarded the position of “Chief Resident”. Upon completing residency and becoming board-certified in Family Medicine he worked as a staff physician with Kaiser Permanente.
In 2005, he opened up his own medical practice which is now called the Placer Health and Wellness Center. After opening up his own practice, Dr. Peterson’s passion for hormone management drove him to become a certified Fellow with the American Board of Anti-Aging."
